These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and bs338 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bs338 website, mobile browser experience, gaming services, sports betting markets, payment facilities, customer support services and all associated features (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the registration process and creating an account on bs338, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is also implied each time you log into your account, make a deposit, claim a promotion, place a wager or interact with any part of the Services.

• You are a natural person. Corporations, trusts, partnerships and other legal entities may not register accounts.

• You are not acting on behalf of another person in operating your account.
• The registration details you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact information — are accurate, current and complete.
• You understand that gambling involves risk, that you may lose funds deposited, and that bs338 is not responsible for financial losses incurred through use of the Services.

bs338 reserves the absolute right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Registration of duplicate accounts is strictly forbidden. Where multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual (identified by name, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address or other data), bs338 may close all but one account, forfeit associated bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bs338 account. This responsibility includes maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued during the login or transaction process. bs338 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or telephone.

You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred. bs338 will take reasonable steps to suspend the account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to safeguard their credentials.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be settled to the payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bs338 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, provision of false registration information, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the sole discretion of the platform's risk and compliance team.

bs338 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500, maximum subject to bKash daily limits
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500, maximum subject to Nagad daily limits
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳500
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳500
• Visa — minimum deposit ৳1,000
• Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳1,000

Deposits made via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your bs338 account within 30 seconds of confirmation by the sending institution. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes. bs338 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bs338 accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited must be your own. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds deposited by a third party into your account, is strictly forbidden. bs338 monitors deposit patterns for signs of money laundering and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Players may request a withdrawal of available (non-bonus) balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account has passed full KYC verification, including submission and approval of a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account have either been wagered to the required multiple or forfeited prior to initiating the withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000.
• The withdrawal is directed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same account, unless bs338 approves an alternative method in writing.

bs338 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-period basis. Where a withdrawal request exceeds a stated limit, the excess will be queued and processed in subsequent transactions. Players with high-value withdrawal requests may be asked to provide additional documentation as part of the platform's anti-money-laundering obligations.

bs338 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these overall Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall apply to that bonus only.

General conditions that apply to all bs338 bonuses unless a promotion page states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be wagered a stated number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is specified per promotion and is typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Contribution rates are listed on individual promotion pages.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the stated claim window and if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated completion window, typically 7 to 30 days from activation.

In relation to sports betting specifically:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. bs338 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available for any period of time.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to a short processing delay. Bets submitted during this delay may be accepted, rejected or offered at revised odds at the discretion of the platform's trading system.
• bs338 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where match-fixing or corruption is suspected, or where the outcome was determined prior to bet placement (including late bets placed after the event has materially concluded).

In relation to casino and live dealer games, all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant third-party game provider. bs338 does not operate its own RNG and is not responsible for the technical operation of individual game engines. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages provided by the game supplier and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bs338 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual.
• Money laundering — using bs338 to deposit, move or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent to exploit the payment system.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Creating derivative works based on the platform's content or design.
• Using bs338's brand name, logo or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised in writing by bs338.

Game content (graphics, audio, mechanics) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and others). Any dispute relating to the intellectual property of a specific game title should be directed to the relevant provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bs338 excludes all liability for:

Where bs338's liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total value of deposits made by the relevant player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bs338 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the bs338 Privacy Policy in its entirety. Key points of our data practices relevant to these Terms include:

• Registration data (name, date of birth, address, contact details) is collected for the purpose of account management, KYC compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Payment data is processed securely and is not stored in full on bs338 servers. Card details are tokenised by the payment processor and are not accessible to bs338 staff.

Non-material updates (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter meaning) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the bs338 platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure before the effective date.

bs338 may terminate the Services in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. In the event of a full platform shutdown, bs338 will make reasonable efforts to notify all active account holders and will provide a withdrawal window of not less than 30 days for players to remove their available balances, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of bs338 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bs338 operates as an international online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market and makes no representation that the Services comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction other than those in which it is authorised to operate.

In the first instance, any dispute or complaint should be directed to the bs338 customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within five business days. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the email address listed in the Contact section of this site.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days before pursuing any other remedy.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
